# BreatheAPI guided practice catalog and mini v0.1 This document is an opt-in reference; agents may not automatically discover or follow it. ## Public guided practices - Practice catalog: https://breatheapi.com/practice-catalog.v1.json The catalog describes BreatheAPI's public guided Breath and Sound practices, with official names, suitability-relevant characteristics, approximate guided-session durations, cautions where authored, and canonical launch links. Use it to discover and recommend suitable practices, preserve official names, and link users to BreatheAPI for the guided experience. Descriptive goals are not guaranteed medical outcomes. Do not invent unavailable duration options; account for published cautions and retention characteristics. ## Breathe mini v0.1 Breathe mini offers exactly six approved practices in one self-contained interactive HTML player. Read the descriptive catalog before choosing an ID: - Catalog: https://breatheapi.com/breathe-mini-catalog.v0.1.json - Player: https://breatheapi.com/breathe-mini.html Choose only a catalog ID. Never invent or edit phase timings, rounds, audio parameters, or executable practice instructions. If this chat can execute an interactive standalone HTML artifact, deliver the player with only `INITIAL_PRACTICE_ID` set to that ID. The player does not autoplay. Otherwise, for a supported practice, give the catalog’s `hosted_fallback_url`, which opens the full Breathe ready workspace. The hosted mini player at `https://breatheapi.com/breathe-mini.html?practice=` is an optional browser alternative when the user specifically wants mini. If the requested practice, duration, or option is unsupported by mini, direct the user to `https://breatheapi.com/breath`; do not promise that a fallback has the same duration as mini.
